Tuesday's Top Ten: Album Tracks From The Police

To just throw out ten Police singles would be just too easy (well, maybe just not as exciting). So this Tuesday, I'm throwing out my favorite ten "Album Tracks" from The Police from their five albums released between 1978-1983. No big singles here, just ten outstanding tracks that never made it to single status. Nothing from "Every Breath You Take: The Singles" here. And unfortunately, no "So Lonely", which didn't make the famous compilation but is a single. It loses out and would've been an easy #1 here. So we'll start things off with "The Bed's Too Big Without You"....

1. The Bed's Too Big Without You (Reggatta de Blanc, 1979)
2. Murder By Numbers (Synchronicity, 1983)
3. When The World Is Running Down, You Make The Best Of What's Still Around (Zenyattà Mondatta, 1980)
4. Next To You (Outlandos d'Amour, 1978)
5. It's Alright For You (Reggatta de Blanc, 1979)
6. Demolition Man (Ghost in the Machine, 1981)
7. Driven To Tears (Zenyattà Mondatta, 1980)
8. Re-Humanize Yourself (Ghost in the Machine, 1981)
9. Born In The 50's (Outlandos d'Amour, 1978)
10. Canary In A Coalmine (Zenyattà Mondatta, 1980)
